The Pathways

Two ways to start.

Pathway 01 Most Common Starting Point

GLP-1 · Metabolic

Clinician-led GLP-1 care for women seeking support with metabolic health and weight management. Your independently licensed provider reviews your health history, goals, and eligibility, then recommends an individualized treatment plan if appropriate.

Best for women seeking a comprehensive GLP-1 pathway for metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, or weight-management support.

From $249 Every 4 Weeks

Medication and clinical care included. No membership required. Prescription options are determined by your licensed clinician during your evaluation.

Pathway 02

GLP-1 · Microdose

A lower-dose GLP-1 pathway for women in perimenopause seeking a more gradual approach to metabolic and appetite support. Your independently licensed provider reviews your health history, goals, and eligibility, then determines whether a lower-dose protocol is appropriate.

Best for women not seeking significant weight change who want to discuss a lower-dose GLP-1 approach with a licensed clinician.

From $179 Every 4 Weeks

Medication and clinical care included. No membership required. Prescription options are determined by your licensed clinician during your evaluation.

Begin Microdose Intake

Pricing reflects the pathway and medication type, not your dose. Your cost does not increase as your dose goes up.

Medication information. Prescription options may include FDA-approved brand-name medications or compounded medications, depending on your individual clinical evaluation, medication availability, and your provider's judgment.

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by a state-licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Questions

What women ask us.

Do I have to be a Jules Inc. member to use The Clinic?
No. The clinic is open to everyone, no membership required.
How much do the pathways cost?
Each pathway is priced independently. You only pay for what you use. See the individual pathway cards above for current rates.
Do you accept insurance?
Not currently. We chose a cash-pay model to keep pricing transparent, protocols individualized, and clinical decisions between you and your provider.
Who prescribes the medications?
Independently licensed nurse practitioners and physicians, contracted by JULES INC. and practicing in your state. All prescribing follows applicable state and federal law.
Where do the medications come from?
State-licensed compounding pharmacies in good standing with their state boards of pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared for your individual prescription and are not FDA-approved.
Can I stop or pause my protocol at any time?
Yes. Your protocol is yours. Your provider will help you taper or transition responsibly whenever you choose.
What if I have a complicated medical history?
Tell your provider on intake. If you are not a candidate for a pathway, they will say so. We would rather turn away business than prescribe irresponsibly.
